Refund policy
No Returns & No Refunds: Due to the nature of our products and their common use in one-time events, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We have implemented this policy because we cannot accept items that have been used to host parties and then returned.
Policy Exception: The only exception to this policy is if an item is fundamentally different than described on our website.
Damages and Replacements
We take great care in packaging, and all our orders are insured. If your merchandise arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement. To file a claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide Proof: Send a photo of the damaged merchandise AND the damaged shipping box (this is required for the insurance claim).
- Resolution: Once verified, we will ship your replacement immediately.
